John Lugo-Trebble was born and raised in The Bronx. He now lives in Cornwall with his husband David and their three cats.

He is the author of Lu's Outing and The Deadbeat Club in The Everywhere Series. His work has appeared in Jonathan: A Queer Fiction Journal, Litro Magazine and others.
