Onaga has to work fast to show her that Hayate's no angel but she won't listen if he's no better.

It's hard for Natsumi to make up her mind when she's falling for both of them. Should she be with Hayate or Onaga? Should she work to protect her new city or overturn it? Natsumi continues to be afraid of the sound of her own voice. Especially when she sees how commanding it can be.
