Residing in Thousand Oaks, California, Tom has been married to his wife Kathleen for 38 years and is a proud father of three and grandfather of two, Harper and Lukas. In his book, Rushmore Dialogues, he emphasizes the importance of affordable living as a means for Americans to compete globally, addressing critical issues like healthcare, housing, and sustainability.
