You probably know that people with good communication and social skills tend to be happier and more successful in life? The Behaviorist, David Szczecinski, explains some fundamental concepts developed during 20 years of practice as a Mental Health Social Worker. This practical book educates individuals of all ages in how to create real safety in relationships as well as develop specific self-awareness needed for relationship success. The information has been used extensively by thousands of individual clients and workshop participants to build confidence and improve social connections. Filled with interesting diagrams and pictures, Safe/Unsafe is a short and easy guide that also outlines where we commonly go wrong when interacting with others. It is rare to find a book which is so simple and yet so powerful at the same time but do not let the simplicity fool you! Anyone who practices what this book teaches, will gain skills to build positive relationships whilst also learning how to feel better about themselves and others.
