Autorenporträt

PJ Skinner is a geologist who has spent thirty years roaming the planet and collecting tall tales and real-life experiences. She now writes fact-based novels from the relative safety of London, although she still travels worldwide collecting material for the series and having her own adventures.

A childhood spent in Ireland inspired PJ to write Rebel Green. It deals with themes of alienation and belonging, and is from the unique perspective of an English family in Ireland, rather than the common one of Irish immigrants in England.

The Sam Harris Adventure Series, a complete series of seven books, is for lovers of classic adventure thrillers based just before the time of mobile phones and internet. It has a unique viewpoint provided by Sam, a female interloper in a male world, as she struggles with alien cultures and failed relationships. It is reality based, using my thirty-plus years of experience, and character driven, so no gadgets or fast cars.

The author is now writing a Sci-Fi mystery, and is planning a third Green Saga book about Liz Green, and a series of Cosy Mysteries, or a book about... You'll have to wait and see.
