Born in Kurima, Slovakia, Judith H. Sherman is a Holocaust survivor now living in New Jersey. She is the mother of three, the grandmother of five, and a widow. A retired social worker and psychotherapist, she is the author of the acclaimed memoir Say The Name: A Survivor's Tale in Prose and Poetry. Davíd Carrasco is the Neil Rudenstine Professor for the Study of Latin America at Harvard University. He is the author or editor of many books and the editor in chief of the award-winning three-volume Oxford Encyclopedia of Mesoamerican Cultures. Carrasco received the Mexican Order of the Aztec Eagle and is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
