Additionally, he has been trained in martial arts since childhood, and he currently holds a 2nd Dan black belt in Ukidokan Karate under Sensei Benny 'the jet' Urquidez. He has also received training in Judo, Tae Kwon Do, and Aikido. Dr. Zegel lives near Philadelphia with his wife, Nancy Sherwin, MD.
