Richard Gallagher is a successful lawyer whose demanding career requires frequent travel, leaving his beautiful, sexually voracious, highly imaginative young wife, Shana, alone for extended periods. However, his forgiveness comes with a price-he decides that he too is no longer bound by marital fidelity and begins indulging in his own extramarital affairs. Despite his newfound freedom, Richard can't shake the nagging suspicion that Shana's involvement with Tony goes deeper than a one-time indiscretion. Consumed by jealousy and a desire for revenge, he devises a plan to humiliate both Shana and Tony. What begins as a scheme to expose their affair spirals out of control, leading to a series of dangerous encounters that almost result in multiple deaths. As the dust settles and the truth about Shana and Tony's relationship comes to light, Richard is forced to confront his own role in the chaos. Realizing that his actions have contributed to the destructive events, he is determined to make amends and rebuild the fractured lives of everyone involved.
