I love to read. I can't remember a time when I didn't have a book in my hand no matter where I was and that love of reading inspired me to write my own stories.

As a young girl, I scribbled original short stories in cheap spiral-bound notebooks during class (after I finished my work, of course! I was one of those quiet, 'good' students) and then would read them to my friends during recess. I was writing romances even then.

I continued writing during college and into adulthood (working as an assistant manager of our family's gift store, as an administrative assistant and as a kinder/1st grade teacher), finding my voice with stories and characters that seemed to fill my head fully-formed. I took the plunge and decided to join the indie publishing movement (I love the creative freedom), hoping to find readers who love romance touched with magic as much as I do.

I write what I love to read: light fantasy romances with humor, heart, and a swirl of magic!

My characters like to banter, have family and friends that offer humor and support, have magical Gifts and fall in love with their Seraphins (my take on the soulmate trope). The stories take place in settings from cozy magical bakery's to exotic mythical island kingdoms to elegant manor houses.

Each book is light, emotional, and cozy with a guaranteed Happily-Ever-After at the end. My hope is you close each book with a sigh and smile, feeling uplifted and happy as you go about your day.
