The author, Chunsia whose real name is Jun Youn-kyung, has been acquiring the laws of the universe experientially through the practice of mindfulness since childhood. She has studied psychology, alternative medicine, Ayurveda, and meditation. Currently, she operates the Zentherapy Natural Healing Center, where she develops and manages programs that assist in people's consciousness growth and self-transcendence. She is also the innovator of the Singing Bowl Healing Meditation System, a tool for utilizing consciousness based on the Zero Principle, and is recognized as a pioneer in establishing the culture of singing bowls in Korea.
