Autorenporträt
Sophie Morris is a health-food advocate, food entrepreneur and cookbook author. She has earned extraordinary trust among Irish consumers which has drawn significant interest from the retailers who have approached Sophie to work exclusively with them. However, Sophie has turned these opportunities down to remain fully independent in order to create change within the food industry. She has also founded and mentored a number of Irish food start-ups. Her achievements in her food career resulted in her winning Image Magazine's Young Businesswomen of the Year in 2012.
