I'm a thirty-seven-year-old ex-DCFS worker and current foster mother. I have seven grown bio children, and a multitude of bonus children that I'm so grateful God blessed me with. It's with their strength that I was able to overcome severe writer's block that I've had my entire life and begin to tell our stories.

Of course everything is fictional. I would never invade and expose the private lives of any of the children that have blessed my life, however I was given permission to make fictionalized versions of their trauma. I'm Lucille Breedlove and these are our stories.
