He is literally an essence of the modern generation - he is naive but thinks of himself as of a very intelligent being getting his beliefs from the unreliable and sometimes outdated media he though stays charming in his self-chosen ignorance. The knowledge that Lael gleaned from books allows him to think that he knows everything in the world. He will have to make sure from his own experience that not everything in life is as simple as in a good story. Must read to everyone who likes good old sarcastic humor and complicated reads!
