Colin Carnall is a Partner and Director at Carnall Farrar Ltd and worked as Director of Executive Education at Henley Business School, Warwick Business School and Cass Business School, City University, UK. He continues to lead a number of customised Executive Development programmes as a Visiting Professor in the Practice of Leadership at Cass Business School and also through Carnall Farrar.

Chris Roebuck is a Visiting Professor for Transformational Leadership at Cass Business School, City University, UK. He was formerly Global Head of Leadership for UBS and worked with HSBC, KPMG, London Underground. He has been in the top 20 Most Influential HR Thinkers list since 2011 and has worked with organisations from the UK National Health Service, investment banks, the Myanmar Red Cross and the Chinese Space Programme.
