Skoglund had a distinguished career in public school administration, capped by fifteen years of service as the Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Education in Arizona's largest school district. He founded the Viking Solutions educational consulting organization. Dr. Skoglund's primary focus is working directly in under performing schools.
