Dr. Xiaochu Zhang is a professor at the Department of Psychology, School of Humanities and Social Science, University of Science and Technology of China, and a principal investigator at the Cognitive Neuropsychology Lab in Division of Life Science and Medicine. He is also Distinguished Professor of Changjiang Scholar Program, Chief Scientist of National Key Research and Development Program. His research focuses on the neural basis of drug and behavior addiction and develops non-invasive technology for addiction or other mental disorders treatment. He has published more than 150 articles in international peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Jie Shi is a principal investigator and Executive Director of the National Institute on Drug Dependence, Peking University. She is also a holder of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Distinguished Professor of Changjiang Scholar Program, Chief Scientist of the Major Project of the China Brain Initiative, the director of Beijing Key Laboratory of Drug Dependence, the chairperson of the Drug Dependence Branch of the Chinese Society for Toxicology (CST), and the vice chairperson and secretary-general of China Expert Committee on Prevention and Control of Drug Abuse. Her research focuses on the neural mechanisms and interventions of drug addiction and related psychiatric disorders. She has published over 240 articles in international peer-reviewed journals in these fields. Dr. Ran Tao is a chief physician of the Department of Medical Psychology, the Seventh Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital. He is also the deputy director of the Department of Clinical Psychology of Capital Medical University¿ and director of the Adolescent Psychological Development Base in China. His research focuses on addiction biology, depression, especially Internet addiction.
