Martin is Professor of Management in the Freeman College of Management at Bucknell University, Lewisburg, USA. His published work explores the management of interorganizational and cross-sectoral relationships in complex humanitarian emergencies, and his work has appeared in leading publication outlets in public administration, public management, and non-profit management journals.
