Malathi Kanagasabapathy is an internationally recognised leader in health, strategy, and human-centred innovation, with a career spanning Australia, Nepal, Malaysia, Tanzania, and the United States. With deep roots in health governance, population health, and program evaluation, Malathi brings clarity and compassion to complex systems and now, to storytelling.

As the founder of My Pet Concierge, she transformed a simple love for animals into a thriving business grounded in empathy, consistency, and care. Her work in pet care became more than service; it became a mirror for the kind of leadership she had always believed in: quiet, authentic, and grounded in presence.

Malathi holds a Master of Health Sciences, a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification, and a range of qualifications in international relations, occupational health and safety (OHS), and adult education. She also serves on several boards.

Tails from the Concierge is her love letter to the leaders who listen before they speak and to the animals who teach us how.
