Rifat and Sumi never imagined their quiet evening would take such a terrifying turn. As they walked through the dimly lit streets, a group of teenage boys suddenly surrounded them. Their faces were hard, their eyes filled with suspicion.

"Who are you two?" one of them demanded.

Rifat hesitated for a moment before replying, "She is my wife."

The gang members exchanged glances, smirking as if they didn't believe him. "Your wife?" one of them sneered. "Do you really think we'll believe that so easily?"

Before Rifat could respond, two of the gang members grabbed him by the collar and shoved him against a wall. "Tell us the truth!" one of them shouted. "Who is she to you?"

Sumi clung to Rifat's arm, her face pale with fear. "Please, believe us! We got married just a few days ago," she pleaded.

But the gang refused to listen. Their leader, Sagar, nodded at two of his men-Jhantu and Shakib. "Take him to another room. We'll deal with him separately."

"No! Please, don't take him away from me!" Sumi cried, falling to her knees. She grabbed one of the gang members by the leg, tears streaming down her face. "He's my husband! I swear it!"

Her desperate cries did nothing to soften their hearts. Without another word, they tore Rifat away from her grip. He struggled, trying to break free, but there were too many of them. They dragged him down the hallway, their fists landing hard against his body with every step.

Sumi watched in horror as her husband disappeared through a door. The sound of cruel laughter and the sickening thuds of punches filled the air. She knew she had to do something. But what could she do against a ruthless gang that showed no mercy?

Her nightmare had just begun.
