Autorenporträt
VANESSA GOOLSBY is a growth advisor and private-equity operating partner who has helped more than 100 software companies scale after investment. She has led post-investment turnarounds, GTM transformations, and pipeline rebuilds for SaaS businesses backed by firms such as Vista Equity Partners and PSG Equity. A former executive at organizations including the Financial Times and Travelocity, she brings nearly two decades of experience leading product, marketing, and commercial teams for high-growth companies. She developed the Push Framework—a repeatable system CEOs use to gain focus, build execution discipline, and accelerate bookings in the first 100 days. She wrote this book because she saw the same patterns consistently derail CEOs. After years of observing what actually works inside PE environments, she wanted to give CEOs a clear, practical guide to navigate the pressure, pace, and expectations that come with a fresh round of capital. Vanessa lives in Dallas with her family, splits her time between the U.S. and Europe, and runs an independent advisory firm. You can find tools, workshops, and videos at www.vanessagoolsby.com.
