Luis Felipe Cáceres Vizcarra, nació en la ciudad de Lima-Perú (1984). Se crio y estudió la educación primaria y secundaria en la provincia de Huaraz-Ancash. Bachiller de la Universidad de Lima en administración de empresas, escritor, poeta, autodidacta y empresario.
Autor de las novelas: "El Ángel del Árbol", "El Ángel del Árbol en las Tierras del Viento", "El Ángel del Árbol en el Mundo de las Sombras" y "Corrupción" obras que logran danzar entre la ficción, la reflexión y el entretenimiento. Además de los poemarios: "Reflejos del Alba I", "Reflejos del Alba II" y "Reflejos del Alba III" que son regalos de poesía, pensamientos y fotografía.
