He founded Sebby Music Group (SMG), a company dedicated to empowering independent artists through practical tools, personalized guidance, and expanded industry access.

Mark's multifaceted career includes roles as a talent buyer, venue consultant, and producer across diverse genres and artist levels. He co-created the Texas Internet Radio Chart (TIRC), a platform supporting emerging Texas and Americana artists by tracking airplay, and actively contributes to the Texas Internet Radio Association (TIRA), fostering collaborations among stations, musicians, and professionals.

As a passionate advocate for self-managed musicians, Mark focuses on unlocking new income streams such as sync licensing, touring, and digital products. His educational efforts emphasize real-world strategies and sustainable careers, drawing from his extensive experience. Alongside mentoring emerging creators, Mark continues to create music, aiming to equip artists with the knowledge and confidence to own their careers and profit beyond live performance.
