Are you up for adventure? Then muster some vision, courage, and faith, and come along!
Perhaps following a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail is the vicarious adventure you need. Or perhaps this adventure will help you with your own thru-hike.
The components of an adventure are the same, no matter what yours might be.
Shall we live courageously? Shall we dare to be adventurous, whatever that looks like for you? Unshackle your dreams, grab your backpack, and let's hit the trail!

Autorenporträt
In the one-hundredth anniversary year of the Appalachian Trail, Rand Clark decided it was time for a "Half-Time" (his trail name) break to reflect, re-tool, consolidate lessons learned, and ask the Lord for direction. Where would be better for this than the 2,193.1 miles of wilderness, immersed in the soul-soothing beauty and brilliant design of God? Together with Susan, his wife of forty-two years, as his Trail Angel, and his dog Shaye, they set off . He wondered, Will I make it 2,200 miles? Few do! What will we enjoy and endure? What will God teach me?
