IF CHRISTIANITY IS TRUE, AS WE CHRISTIANS INSIST...THEN...

John 14. 23-26 and Matthew 16.13-19 tell us, in so many words, that it is heresy, it is a satanic lie, to say there is no True Church, or to say there are multiple True Churches.

St. Paul's phrase "there is one body" in Ephesians 4. 4 means there is one True Church. The scriptural phrase "the Bride of Christ" means there is one Bride, i.e., one True Church.

You can't get anywhere in Christianity if you can't make a sound judgment on the Roman Catholic Church!

Is Rome God's True Church which leads people to Heaven?

Is Rome a false church lost in heresy which drags people down to eternal perdition?

The Roman Catholic Church teaches the doctrine that says: it doesn't matter how corrupt you think the Roman Catholic Church is or was; it doesn't matter how evil you think the child sexual abuse scandal in the Roman Catholic Church is or was; it doesn't matter what you think about Rome supporting the Inquisition for centuries, about Rome supporting the African slave trade for centuries, etc., etc., because, Rome teaches the doctrine that says: regardless of what Rome does or doesn't do, the Roman Catholic Church and only the Roman Catholic Church will always be God's True Church, the Church which Christ founded on a rock.

The Roman Catholic Church teaches the doctrine that Christians and Muslims worship the same God.

2 Thess 1. 7-9 - Hellfire for those who do not know God and who do not obey the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Christians, or at least your more conservative Protestants, say you don't know God if you say Allah is God, or if you say Christians and Muslims worship the same God.

2 Thess 2 says the Antichrist shows up prior to the Second Coming of Christ.

Daniel 12. 1 says the Jews will be delivered when the archangel Michael shows up.

Revelation 14. 6-11 says 3 angels from Heaven will show up.

Suppose an angel arrives on Earth. Suppose this angel announces that the Roman Catholic Church and only the Roman Catholic Church is God's True Church which leads people to Heaven.

Suppose that angel says that every other Christian denomination, and every Non-Christian religion, is lost in heresy and leads people to eternal perdition.

So, if that angel is speaking the truth then he must be an angel from Heaven, assuming he never slips into heresy.

But if that angel is telling an evil lie, if in fact the Roman Catholic Church is a false church lost in heresy which drags people down to eternal perdition, then that angel is leading people to perdition, so he must be an angel from Hell, provided he never repents.

So, unless you know with 100% accuracy how to identify God's True Church, you might not be able to determine, should an angel show up, if that angel is an angel from Hell or if he is an angel from Heaven.
