Neil, an adept scientist, was sorting through a crate of electrical equipment he had purchased at an auction when he discovered a weathered rosewood box. Inside was a primitive circuit that contained a strange crystal orb. Intrigued, he connected a power supply and a laptop to activate and test the circuit. Initially, only white noise and occasional bursts of static came from the laptop speaker. However, when his wife touched the crystal, she heard a voice in her mind asking for help.

After the device suddenly stopped working, Neil began constructing a modern circuit board connected to the crystal. In time, he discovered that the crystal could receive telepathic transmissions from alien beings and could serve as a gateway into the vast and extraordinary realm of Mind Space.
