This book analyzes the impact of organizational change resulting from public administration modernization projects on the behavior of civil servants involved in these projects. It combines an in-depth theoretical review and a qualitative survey conducted between January and June 2021 at the Regional Academy of Education and Training of Rabat-Sale-Kenitra. After exploring the key concepts of organizational change and behavior, the study reveals a notable gap between theoretical recommendations and field practices, particularly in terms of communication, coordination, and resistance management. The conclusion highlights the contributions of the research, its limitations, and suggests ways to deepen understanding and improve change management in the public sector.
