Autorenporträt
Driven by a strong interest in the dynamics of transformation within organizations, Dr. Othmane BENSAHRI, PhD in Economics and Management, devotes his work to the analysis of organizational change, its strategic management, and the management of the resistance it arouses. A lecturer and visiting researcher in economics and management, he mobilizes both theoretical foundations and lessons learned from empirical observation to shed light on modernization practices in public and private structures. Also a trainer, career counselor, and coach, he supports organizational actors in the implementation of change projects, focusing on levers of adherence, change communication, and the mobilization of human resources around shared objectives.
