Autorenporträt
Franco Scardino is an educator with over two decades of experience teaching subjects such as Advanced Placement U.S. Government and Politics, Advanced Placement World History, and social science research. He has consulted for Oxford University Press in the development of a civics education curriculum, and he serves on the Social Studies Curriculum Writing Team for the NYC Department of Education. He is a member of the National Council for the Social Studies and the Conference Committee for the Organization of American Historians. Scardino received his Bachelor's degree in history and economics from New York University, and his Master of arts in social studies from Teacher's College, Columbia University.
