Louis Michael Seidman is the Carmack Waterhouse Professor of Constitutional Law at Georgetown University, a former clerk for Thurgood Marshall, and a major proponent of the critical legal studies movement. He is author of several academic books on the Constitution. The author of From Parchment to Dust (The New Press), he lives in Washington, DC.
