They are attacked by the bad witch. Kin Cedric is turned into a dragon. He and a crow, who are both held captive cook up a plan to escape. Them, and many other animals, leave the forest of the bad witch, to be saved by the good witch.

I'm have worked hard and struggled most of my life. I write short stories, novels, poetry and dabble in scripts. They are all grown with families of their own. With the passing of my mother a couple of years ago I'm concentrating on my writing, blogging. Writing is the thing, which kept me sane through all the hassles. Plus the company of the many "Ghosts" who have taken up residence with me. Sometime they want me to write when I want to sleep. Writing also helps keep my mind off of all the pain in my muscles, and joints. When each story ends, I fell as though another child has left home.
