Vambah is a Director of Product Strategy at a Fortune 500 company, and an innovator dedicated to transforming how technology and equity intersect in America. Raised in Roxbury, Massachusetts by a Liberian immigrant father and an African American mother, His life has been a study in systemshow they empower, how they exclude, and how they can be redesigned to unlock opportunity. His experience in the METCO program and his early exposure to both hardship and possibility shaped the lens through which he views equity, technology, and the future of work.

Over the past sixteen years, Vambah has built a career helping large enterprises and emerging fintechs develop product strategies, adopt discovery-driven operating models, and navigate digital transformation. His cross-functional expertise spans AI automation, customer discovery, organizational change, and product innovation. He is also the co-founder of Amadu Town Advisory Solutions, an AI automation agency named after his great-grandfather's compound in Liberiaa symbol of family, unity, and resilience. Through this work, Vambah empowers small and mid-sized Black-owned businesses to compete and grow using technology once accessible only to the well-resourced.

Vambah's strategic perspective is fueled by lived experience. Witnessing his father work multiple jobs to support family in Liberia, helping guide his brothers as they adjusted to life in the U.S., and confronting personal challengesfrom weight gain and depression during COVID to the pressure of upward mobility.
