The Fallen Rose Bud is a collection of four short stories that are a variety of coming of age stories.

"Crash" follows the range of emotions that Ash, a server at a diner, feels throughout his shift that lead to a crash of good news.

In "The Matchmaker", Violet pushes two of her good friends on a ferris wheel that completely despise each other, but have to work out their differences when the ferris wheel breaks down.

In "The Power of Love" Kayla, a mortal, and Bella, a witch, must stand up and prove the two are not different in hopes of breaking the stereotype of witchcraft being only evil, when Kayla's own father confronts Bella.

"The Light Unveiled" follows the life of Natalie from when she witnesses a painting that is familiar of a door at a museum to why she realized she did recognize it.
