Through her presence, he discovered that silence is not emptiness but fullness a presence that can transform those who encounter it.

Bill writes not for fame or profit, but to help others see the world differently to open a window where beauty and hope can be glimpsed in unexpected places. His work moves quietly, like a whisper passed hand to hand, carrying the flame he was given into other lives.

When not writing, Bill continues his legal practice in Illinois, serves his community, and cherishes the gift of family, faith, and the Ferris wheel ride of life.
