Autorenporträt
Peter Rose is a graduate of the George Washington University and the Yale Law School. He first practised law in Washington DC. It was during a posting in Hong Kong with Goldman Sachs as its Asian Head of Public Affairs that he started to visit Macao an hour's ferry-ride across the Pearl River delta from Hong Kong and became fascinated with the story of this incongruous piece of Portugal on the edge of China.
