She is the author of The Happy Menopause: Smart Nutrition to Help You Flourish, which was highly commended at the 2021 UK Health & Wellbeing Awards in the Best Wellbeing Book category. Jackie hosts the podcast The Happy Menopause, leads workshops for the Guardian and Evening Standard, and appears in national media, including Channel 4's Superfoods.
