With summer vacation on the horizon, Lena has decided to go on a Mediterranean cruise. She would be happy to have a fling with a handsome young Italian or a sexy Frenchman along the way. But, what she finds is not even close to what she expected. Her journey will test her endurance and strength of character in a way no one could have predicted. If she can survive her European vacation, will it change her life in any way?

This is the story of two women on a collision course with destiny. The choices they make and the people they meet along the way have the power to change them for better or worse. Only the strength of character and faith that they carry with them will help them on their journeys. And in the end, how much will they each change and how much will they discover about themselves?

For as long as I can remember my first dream was to be a writer. In elementary school I wrote short stories with my best friend. In college I continued the dream by studying journalism and English. After college I became a teacher and eventually became busy with the joys of being a wife and mother. Time passed faster than I realized, but the dream never died. Finally I came to the realization that it was now or never. I have put a lifetime of thoughts into these first books, The Pictorial Adventure, and Message in the Skye.
