Amr Ali Ibrahim Al-Adly An Egyptian writer born in 1970, he holds a Master's degree in Sociology of Literature from Ain Shams University.

- His novel The Lamp and the Bottle was longlisted for the Sheikh Zayed Book Award for Children's Literature (2018).
- His novel My Name Is Fatima was longlisted for the Sheikh Zayed Book Award for Literature (2019), and the same novel was also longlisted for the Sawiris Cultural Award (2020).
- His short story collection Escape Outside the Head won first place in the Tayeb Salih International Award for Creative Writing (2021).
