Her works, including the well-known A Peep Behind the Scenes, gained popularity for their moral lessons and heartfelt storytelling. Walton's books, aimed at young readers, often emphasized Christian values, integrity, and personal growth. Throughout her career, she became a prominent figure in children's literature, recognized for her ability to blend adventure with deeper moral themes.
