Rezensionen
"The Rise of Duterte is not only a timely piece of scholarship but certainly also an important one. ... a valuable contribution to the field of Southeast Asian Studies, an illustrative account of the relationship between social demands and political responses in the post-colonial sphere, and helpful for readers generally interested in Philippine politics." (Marco Bitschnau, Democratization, Vol. 27 (6), 2020)
