Autorenporträt

Jane Haltmaier holds a Ph.D. in economics and dedicated nearly 30 years to the Federal Reserve Board in Washington D.C. before retiring in 2016. She resides with her husband, John at their lakefront home in Virginia. They enjoy swimming, boating, and hosting family, including their daughters, partners, grandson and their three cats and two dogs. Jane actively volunteers with the Lake of the Woods Childhelp Auxiliary, the Lions Club, and several other organizations. After retirement, she discovered a passion for making mosaics, many of which have been gifted to her large extended family. Her book is titled The Secret of Spirit Lake.
