It's a city of thieves, harlots, and information brokers; the streets festooned with drunkards, refuse, and ever billowing smog. Death and danger lurk around each corner. From hidden back alleys, devious eyes observe and wait for the hour of convergence.

The time is close.

What answers shall the brothers find among the loathsome metropolis? Only time will tell as whispers circulate between cutthroats and peasants, vile cults slay in the dark, and strange voices speak on from the shadows between stars.
