JP Adym is a veteran paramedic, field training officer, and 911 dispatcher with over 22 years of frontline experience in emergency medical services. After decades of long shifts, fast food, high stress, and sleep deprivation, he experienced firsthand how the job can take a toll on both physical and mental health.

Through his journey of recovery and renewal, JP discovered the power of nutritionnot just as a tool for weight loss, but as a critical form of fuel for resilience, performance, and long-term health. His mission now is to bring practical, no-BS nutrition strategies to the first responder community, one meal at a time.
