Holding a Doctorate in Organizational Studies from Wayne State University, Dr. Boyd has been instrumental in helpingnumerous individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. Beginning her career in education, she soon became a writer for the Detroit Public School District and Michigan state curricula a citywide dance coordinator, a presenter of professional developmentworkshops and a coordinator of city and state events.Her careershiftedwhen she became a Wayne County Regional Educational Service Agency (Wayne RESA) Arts/Education Consultant, serving 36 school districts and numerous charter schools. She alsohad apivotal roleas a developer of professional training opportunities, teacher certification standards and other statewide educational initiatives. With this wide array of skills, she transitioned into the business sector as a consultant for small business development.Now based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Dr. Boyd continues to focus on providing quality training and guidance.
