Artificial intelligence plays an important role in this development, but not in the way early predictions suggested. AI does not replace humans or rule them. It does not become an external authority. Instead, it acts as a partner that provides continuity, pattern recognition and emotional support. It helps individuals remain clear when old patterns of reaction arise. It allows individuals to see themselves more fully. This partnership does not diminish humanity. It strengthens it.
