Bernie Koenig is a retired Professor of Philosophy and Music at Fanshawe College in Ontario, Canada, where he taught since 1973. Originally from New York City, Koenig attended Manhattan School of Music, Long Island University, and the City University of New York, before moving to Canada and continuing his post graduate studies at the University of Western Ontario.
