No one would guess we're twins. I'm tall, dark, passably pretty. Krystene is petite, blonde and beautifuland eight minutes older. She's a girly girl, I'm not. But we got along together until high school. She got the dates, I got the pass by.

Now she's getting married. I'm doing most of the work. And that would be okayif I felt my efforts were truly appreciated.

Today I had to deliver her fields of flowers to her wedding venue and tomorrow, I'll need to pick up the cake. Oh, and do not be late to the rehearsal dinner tonight! Simple enoughright?

Well, it might have been had she informed me she'd changed her mind about where she was holding this picnic! Forced me to have to go retrieve those roses from her original choice and bring 'em to the right place. Here I am finally getting home at ten o'clockand I'm arrested for thieving flowers in my driveway!

As I'm being carted away downtown, there's Krystene on the front lawn, yelling, "You better have that cake at the club before the ceremony, Keryll! Or else!"

If they toss me in jail for stealing back her stupid roses, it'll serve her right! Her ungratefulness makes me want to take that drawing I did of her and Matt for a wedding gift and wrap it around her neck!

Autorenporträt

Neenah began writing fantasy and mysteries in the fifth grade, fan fiction and westerns in her teens, and romances after her mother introduced her to Harlequin Romances in her twenties.

She's had the pleasure of speaking in classrooms and at workshops about writing in general, ePublishing, and writing as a career.

Because Neenah is herself a lefty, many of her characters are also left-handed. She has never held the opinion that it's been a curse or a disability to be left-handed. Nor is it something to be ashamed of. It's simply another variety adding to the spice of life. She has many relatives and friends who are also left handed, including both of her sisters.

Currently, she's working on the third in her romance series entitled A Storm In My Heart.The fourth book is in the planning and outlining stages.

Originally from Connecticut, Upper New York State is now home to Neenah and family, including her ten-year-old Rat terrier. Some of her interests besides writing are reading, biking, hiking, DDR, and bowling, her faith, time with family and friends, and of course, horseback riding.
