Autorenporträt
Giulia Maria Dotti Sani is a Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology and Social Research from the University of Trento. Her main research areas are the sociology of the family, time use studies, and social stratification. Her methodological skills include time budget analysis, multilevel and panel modeling. She is specialized in the management and analyses of large household longitudinal and cross-sectional datasets (e.g. Multinational Time Use Study, European Union Statistics on Income and Living Conditions, European Social Survey, Italian Household Survey and Time Use Survey). She has published original research in highly ranked international peer-reviewed journals such as the European Sociological Review, the Journal of Marriage and Family, the European Journal of Political Research, Social Science Research and the Journal of Family Issues.
