Dr Kumar is Assistant Professor at the Department of Urology, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. Dr Gill is Head of the Section of Laparoscopic and Minimally Invasive Surgery and Executive Director of The Minimally Invasive Surgery Center at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Glickman Urological Institute, Cleveland, Ohio, USA. He is one of the best-known and skilled specialists in urologic laparoscopy and has published extensively on the topic. His expertise will allow other urologists and residents to learn skills usually only taught in the operating rooms.
