Anna Egan Smucker is the author of eight award-winning books. NO STAR NIGHTS (Knopf) won the International Reading Association's Children's Book Award. Her newest book, FALLINGWATER, co-authored with WV Poet Laureate Marc Harshman, was published to critical acclaim by Roaring Brook/Macmillan.
