Residing in Indiana with her cat, Aster, Andrea "Wordsmith" Houtsch spends most of her time people-watching. This, in turn, becomes fodder for the varied ideas she has in aggregated stages of development. Primarily a writer of erotic fiction, Andrea enjoys exploring the dynamics of human relationships based on her observations and experiences and delivers stories that go beyond sex to the motivations and emotions that sculpt the intimate relationship leading to physical culmination, and beyond. Openly gay, Andrea's ideas span genres and know no boundaries, often centering around LBGT themes and characters.

When she's not nose-deep in her writing, Andrea is usually found nose-deep in a book, spending quality time with her family, or plugging away at a paid job that gives her plenty of opportunities to watch people. If she's not doing any of that, she's probably sleeping, the deep abyss of dreams churning up fodder for yet another story idea.
