Autorenporträt

TAK Erzinger ist eine amerikanisch-schweizerische Dichterin und Künstlerin mit kolumbianischem Hintergrund.Ihre Gedichte wurden u. a. von Zeitschriften wie der Latino Book Review, der Indiana University, der Cornell University, der McMaster University und der University of Baltimore veröffentlicht. Erzingers Gedichtband At the Foot of the Mountain" (Floricanto Press 2021) gewann den University of Indianapolis, Etchings Press Whirling Prize for 2021 für das beste Naturgedichtbuch und ist zweimaliger Finalist. Ihr neuester Gedichtband "Tourist" (Sea Crow Press 2023) ist ebenfalls zweimaliger Finalist bei den International Book Awards und den Eyelands Book Awards. Erzinger war Writer-in-Residence am Art Centre Padula, Residency Programme Sommer 2023. Und im Herbst 2024 war sie Artist-in-Residence in Brisons Veor. Zuletzt wurde ihr erstes Kinderbilderbuch "Königin der Berge" mit dem Golden Wizard Book Prize 2025 ausgezeichnet.Sie lebt mit ihrem Mann und zwei Katzen in den Schweizer Voralpen.
